Farming: Introducing and building the youth interest in farming (Open forums for discussion).

Volunteers: Agri-terra Ghana company Ltd will recruit volontiers to sell the fertilizers and to educate and engage the farmers on how their produce from their various farms could be sold to the consumer directly so they can benefit well financially from their hard works .

Coaching: To put up seminars and events in advising as well as introducing agriculture to the youth and it’s benefits.

Technology: To open up to the farmers on how technology has evolved in the modern world of farming , ie… The drone way of using the organic fertilizers of Agri-Terra Ghana to spray the farms rapidly, efficiently and effectively for the best growth of their farms .
